TO RAISE AND ACCUMULATE FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS, MUSEUMS, GARDENS, PARKS, AND STREETSCAPE AND OTHER SUCH PROJECTS OF A PUBLIC NATURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF URBANNA AND TO ASSIST IN THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT URBANNA'S HISTORY AND CULTURE AS A COLONIAL PORT TOWN.
