Mission

The Ursuline Academy Alumni Foundation in Springfield, Illinois was founded in 2007 to celebrate and honor the Academy's 150 year history of education and service. In remembrance of the Academy as an educational institution, the Ursuline Academy Alumni Foundation seeks to continue the work of the Ursuline Sisters, foundresses of Ursuline Academy, and is dedicated to preserving the historical heritage of Ursuline Academy; honoring the Academy's core tenant of Serviam ("I will serve") by promoting community service and outreach; building the bonds of friendship among the Academy's alumni family; and furthering the advancement of Catholic education in the city of Springfield.
