Mission
U.S. JOINT INDUSTRY COMMITTEE INC. IS ORGANIZED TO IMPROVE THE MEDIA INDUSTRY BY DEVELOPING STANDARDS FOR MEASUREMENT OF DIGITAL VIDEO STREAMING. THE CURRENT STANDARDS THAT MEASURE NETWORK AND CABLE TELEVISION VIEWING ARE NOT ACCURATE IN MEASURINGSTREAMING OVER THE INTERNET.LEADING MEDIA AGENCIES AND NATIONAL PROGRAMMERS FORMED APPLICANT TO DEVELOP CROSS-PLATFORMPREMIUM VIDEO MEASUREMENT. APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING MEASUREMENTCERTIFICATION, AS WELL AS FUNDING KEY DATA INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT THE MEASUREMENT ECOSYSTEM.
