THE NAVY MEMORIAL SERVES TO EDUCATE AND INSPIRE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ABOUT THE VITAL ROLE THAT THE SEA SERVICES PLAY IN OUR NATIONAL SECURITY AND THE RICH MARITIME HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES.
