The Ultimate Foundation aims to deliver the sport of Ultimate to all without limitation by supporting USA Ultimate programs which: equip players, coaches and organizers of historically underrepresented identities with resources, develop leaders and people, invest in growing a diverse talent pool of players and coaches, and remove barriers to participation at all levels from recreational leagues to our National Teams.
