THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION FOR USA VOLLEYBALL AND ITS 40 REGIONAL VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATIONS. THE FOUNDATION STRIVES TO FOSTER AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL IN THE UNITED STATES FOR ALL AGES. THE FOUNDATION MANAGES ASSETS, PROMOTES A GENERAL INTEREST IN THE SPORT AND ENGAGES IN ANY OTHER EXEMPT ACTIVITY WHICH BENEFITS OR CARRIES OUT THE FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSES OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
