USCORE KICKSAVE FOUNDATION IS A CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE INCLUDES THE TEACHING OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, THE EDUCATION OF YOUTH AND ADULT PARTICIPANTS IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE SPORT OF SOCCER, AND THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH AND FITNESS THROUGH THE PARTICIPATION IN ORGANIZED EVENTS.
