THE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO FULFILLING THE USGA'S MISSION TO CHAMPION AND ADVANCE THE GAME OF GOLF, EVERYWHERE IT IS PLAYED. ITS PURPOSE IS SOLEY CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986.
