THE MISSION OF USTA PLAYER DEVELOPMENT IS TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE SPORT OF TENNIS THROUGH A CLEARLY DEFINED STRUCTURE AND COMPETITIVE PATHWAY, AS WELL AS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE COACHING PHILOSOPHY.
