THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ("UTMH") THROUGH VOLUNTEER, UNCOMPENSATED SERVICE TO THE HOSPITAL AND ITS PATIENTS IN AREAS APPROVED BY HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION, INCLUDING GIFT SHOP.
