TO SERVE OFFICERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF UTAH IN THEIR EFFORTS TO DEVELOPE POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING THE MEANS FOR POLICE OFFICERS FROM THESE COMMUNITIES TO SHOP WITH DISADVANTAGED AND AT RISK CHILDREN.
