ADDITIONALLY, TO STIMULATE INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENT AND PRODUCTION OF LIVESTOCK THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF UTAH, AND TO PROVIDE A MEANS WHEREBY OWNERS OF LIVESTOCK MAY EXHIBIT THEM IN COMPETITION WITH OTHERS.
