UCAN INTERVENES IN UTILITY CASES BEFORE THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, ADVOCATES POLICY INITIATIVES, EDUCATES, AND GUARDS AGAINST CORPORATE ABUSES.
