THE VWES PTO MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES OF OUR STUDENTS BY:1) PROVIDING AN ORGANIZATION THROUGH WHICH THE PARENTS, SCHOOL, AND TEACHERS CAN WORK COOPERATIVELY. 2) PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMS OUTSIDE OF THE ANNUAL SCHOOL BUDGET.
