INCREASE OVERALL TOURISM IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BY BRINGING TOGETHER WINE, FOOD AND FILM AND GIVING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY RESIDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF INDEPENDENT FILMMAKING WORLDWIDE.
