TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND MAKE ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS TO A GOLD STAR PEACE GARDEN WHICH IS A LIVING TRIBUTE TO ALL VETERANS. IT IS A MEMORIAL ARBORETUM, PARTICULARLY DEDICATED TO OUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS NOW FIGHTING THE WAR ON TERROR.
