THE MISSION OF VIECARE, INC. IS TO PROVIDE A HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE HEALTHCARE TO SERVE THE FRAIL, LOW INCOME ELDERLY AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO INSTITUTIONAL CARE FOR SENIOR ADULTS KNOWN NATIONALLY AS P.A.C.E. AND IN PA L.I.F.E. (LIVING INDEPENDENCE FOR THE ELDERLY).
