SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE INDEPENDENT FUNCTIONING, ENHANCE SOCIAL COMPETENCE AND ACHIEVE PSYCHIATRIC STABILITY. SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT.
