THE VEBA TRUST PROVIDES POST RETIREMENT HEALTH AND MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS TO RETIREES WHO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICARE. THE TRUST RECEIVES ITS REVENUE FROM PAYROLL TAX DEDUCTIONS FROM CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLA PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT.
