THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE THE ENVIRONMENT, PROGRAMS, AND STAFF TO ADVANCE THE RADIO AND TELEVISION BROADCAST INDUSTRY IN VIRGINIA THROUGH EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, AND PROMOTION OF THE USE OF BROADCAST ADVERTISING.
