THE MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE THE ENVIRONMENT, PROGRAMS, ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP BASE, AND STAFF TO ADVANCE THE READY-MIXED CONCRETE INDUSTRY IN VIRGINIA THROUGH EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT RELATIONS, COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS, AND THE PROMOTION OF THE USE OF CONCRETE.
