TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO HOMELESS VETERANS. SERVICES INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, JOB READINESS AND PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE CARE, MEDICAL CARE, AND ASSISTANCE WITH SECURING PERMANENT HOUSING.
