VYSA FOR LAND PRESERVATION WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSE OF, THE VIRGINIA YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION, INC. A 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DEVOTED TO PROMOTING YOUTH SOCCER IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
