Mission
The organization operates as a supporting organization exclusively for the benefit of Wake Forest University ("WFU"). Its objectives include: (1) serving as a holding and management company for long-term properties and endowments; (2) managing planned-giving properties and programs; (3) assisting in WFU development; (4) obtaining, acquiring, receiving, constructing, erecting or otherwise providing real and personal property; improving properties to which the organization holds title; and holding, retaining, leasing, licensing, renting, managing, investing, reinvesting, selling, or otherwise disposing of or assigning the income from and/or rights in or to real and personal property; and (5) establishing subsidiary organizations or entities.
