WE PROVIDE A LARGE RANGE OF SERVICES SUCH AS HOT LUNCHES, RECREATION ACTIVITIES, PROVIDE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS, MEAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, ELDER FRAUD AND PREVENTION SEMINARS, MEDICAID/MEDICARE COUNSELING, HEALTH/NUTRITION SCREENINGS, TAX COUNSELING, AND MORE. OUR MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OLDER ADULTS, PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND CAREGIVERS THROUGH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT.
