TO PROMOTE TOURISM IN THE CITY OF WALTERBORO BY DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF PRINT MEDIA, BILLBOARDS, INTERNET ADVERTISING OR ANY OTHER MEANS TO PROMOTE TOURISM ACTIVITIES TO ATTRACT TOURIST FROM OUTSIDE THE WALTERBORO- COLLETON COUNTY AREA IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES.
