TO PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT ON THE WARM SPRINGS INDIAN RESERVATION BY EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS OF PEOPLE TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL, BECOME SELF- RELIANT, AND AFFECTING POSITIVE CHANGES FOR THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITY. WE DO THIS THROUGH PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS IN ASSET BUILDING, SMALL BUSINESS PROMOTION, AND EDUCATION.
