TO PROMOTE A GREATER APPRECIATION OF THE SIGNIFICANCE OF WASHINGTON'S CROSSING OF THE DELAWARE RIVER; AS WELL AS PROVIDING A SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS THAT ARE PLANNING A CAREER IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE AS WELL AS A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN HONOR OF VETERANS.
