IT SERVES THE PUBLIC INTEREST THROUGH LITIGATION AND REPRESENTATION, LEGAL PUBLIC POLICY ANALYSIS, INTERN PROGRAMS, RESEARCH AND BRIEFS, WEB SEMINARS, MONOGRAPHS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, MEDIA BRIEFINGS AND EDUCATIONAL VIDEO COMMENTARIES. THE FOUNDATION ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION BY SHAPING PUBLIC POLICY THROUGH LITIGATION AND ADVOCACY, PUBLISHING TIMELY LEGAL STUDIES AND EDUCATING POLICY-MAKERS AND PUBLIC THROUGH EXTENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS OUTREACH.
