THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY COMMENCED OPERATIONS IN AUGUST 1993.
