THIS REPRESENTATION IS ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, CLASSES OF PERSONS, NOT-FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS IN CASES BEFORE THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE UNITED STATES, BEFORE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARDS AND AGENCIES, AND IN NON-LITIGATION MATTERS.
