Mission
Provides educational training to WWOA operators in Delaware Maryland and the District of Columbia. Provided various training courses at section levels held a Fall Regional, Spring Regional and Annual Conference where papers were presented and additional training was provided. Awarded scholarships to operators to attend a regional week long Short Course. Presented AwardS to recognize achievements of operators and student science projects.
