THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO RAISE MONEY TO HELP FOSTER AMATEUR HIGH SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND YOUTH FOOTBALL SPORTS COMPETITION IN THE WAUNAKEE, WISCONSIN AREA AND TO ADMINISTER AND OPERATE THE WAUNAKEE YOUTH FOOTBALL PROGRAM.
