SWIMMING PROGRAMS. THE WEST CHICAGO SHARKS, INC. ("WCS") ORGANIZATION IS A COMPETITIVE SWIM CLUB WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO TEACH TEAM MEMBERS GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, PROMOTE PHYSICAL HEALTH, AND TO DEVELOP, GOVERN, AND PROMOTE THE SPORT OF SWIMMING.
