TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION, FIRE PREVENTION, RESCUE SERVICES AND FIRST RESPONDER ACTIVITIES AS NECESSARY FOR THE CITIES OF WEST POINT AND ST PAUL AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. ALL FIRE AND MEDICAL PERSONNEL ARE VOLUNTEERS.
