TO DEVELOP LONG-TERM PROGRAMS OF GIVING FROM INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND ORGANIZATIONS TO FURTHER THE GOALS AND IDEALS OF THE WESTERN DUPAGE SPECIAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION, WHICH SERVES INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGHOUT WESTERN DUPAGE COUNTY.
