(WRC) AND PRESBYTERIAN RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, INC. (PRC). ALL OF THE ENTITIES OF WRC AND PRC ARE EXEMPT UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)(3). THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CERTAIN FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE ENTITIES OF WRC AND PRC.
