TO BROADEN & EXTEND THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS. WCCC EDUCATION FOUNDATION INC., ASSISTS WCCC & THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHER EDUC.
