THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO RAISE FUNDS TO BUILD AND OPERATE A MULTIPURPOSE SPORTS FACILITY. THIS ALLOWS LOCAL YOUTH TO BE TRAINED IN LEADERSHIP.
