RECEIVE FROM ANY PERSON, FIRM, FOUNDATION, CORPORATION, OR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, PROPERTY WHICH WILL CONSTITUTE THE FUNDS OF THE ASSOCIATION OR WHICH BY GIFT, BEQUEST OR OTHERWISE IS DEDICATED TO THE ASSOCIATION. C.) TO OWN, HOLD, MANAGE, INVEST, AND REINVEST SUCH PROPERTY RECEIVED BY THE FOUNDATION AND TO USE AND APPLY THE NET INCOME AND PRINCIPAL OF ALL SUCH PROPERTY IN SUCH A MANNER AND AT SUCH TIMES AS DEEMED BEST FOR THE USE OR BENEFIT OF THE ASSOCIATION.
