IN ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SUCH PURPOSES, THE CORP. WILL: (I) PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL & MENTAL WELL-BEING OF THE YOUTH OF THE DALLAS-FT. WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA, THROUGH THE PROMOTION & INSTRUCTION OF AMATEUR ROWING BY PROVIDING CLINICS, WORKSHOPS, OR LESSONS, WHICH ARE MOST LIKELY TO ACHIEVE THIS ENDS; (II) PROMOTE, SPONSOR, & ADVANCE AN UNDERSTANDING & APPRECIATION OF THE SPORT OF ROWING IN THE DALLAS-FT. WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA, THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN RECREATIONAL & COMPETITIVE ROWING PROGRAMS & EVENTS, & REGULAR INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE TECHNIQUES & SKILLS OF ROWING AT ALL ABILITY LEVELS, WHICH ARE MOST LIKELY TO ACHIEVE THIS ENDS; (III) RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE, LEASING & OPERATION OF THE HISTORIC WHITE ROCK LAKE BOATHOUSE, OWNED BY THE CITY OF DALLAS.
