THE COUNCIL IS AN ORGANIZATION PROMOTING GOODWILL AND HARMONY AMONG THE AFFILIATED TRADES ENGAGED IN THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN WILL AND GRUNDY COUNTY, IL, IN ORDER TO BRING ABOUT A BETTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE AFFILIATED TRADES AND THEIR EMPLOYERS, AND PREVENT JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTES.
