To apply for, license, and operate one or more noncommercial, educational broadcast stations and internet radio station, and to serve and fully qualify as a public telecommuncations entity within the intent of 47 U.S.C. Section 397(12). In order to support Wimberleys local musicians and arts community; to provide educational programming, including public and emergency information; to provide local and county news unavailable in other broadcast media in the area; and to educate students and other interested individuals in radio-related technical and communication skills.
