Mission

The mission of Windsor County Mentors is to create and support mentoring relationships between caring adults and youth to help them thrive. By doing so, we create opportunities for the youth of Windsor County, Vermont to realize their potential as healthy, responsible decision-makers. Mentoring offers vulnerable youth opportunities to share experiences with reliable adults to widen their vision of themselves, helping them to become confident, contributing members of their community.Our vision is that these youth will have the confidence and skills to direct their futures wisely.
