TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AGE 60 AND OLDER OF WINN PARISH, LA THAT ENABLE THEM TO REMAIN AT HOME IN THEIR COMMUMITIES FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH IN THE OLDER AMERICANS' ACT OF 1965 AND THE STATE OF LOUISIANA OFFICE OF ELDERLY AFFAIRS' REGULATIONS.
