TO PROVIDE THE PEOPLE OF ST. LOUIS AN EVENING OF OPERA DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. TO HIGHLIGHT LOCAL ARTISTS AND INVEST IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OF ARTISTS BY PROVIDING AN OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM WITH WORLDCLASS TALENT. TO ENHANCE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION, COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS, AND ARTISTS' WORKSHOPS.
