THE PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO INCREASE THE PROFICIENCY OF CITY, VILLAGE, TOWN, AND COUNTY MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS, TO STRENGTHEN THE QUAILITY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT THROUGH PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, AND TO ACCEPT CHARITABLE DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
