THE EMPLOYEE FUND PROVIDES BASIC NECESSITIES TO PERSONS WHO HAVE ENCOUNTERED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR REASONS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL AND/OR TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY RELIEF TO PERSONS WHO ARE DISTRESSED ON ACCOUNT OF A DISASTER.
