THE WOMEN'S COUNCIL PROMOTES AND SUPPORTS THE DALLAS ARBORETUM AND BOTANICAL GARDEN. IT HAS FUNDED AND MAINTAINS THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND ENDOWMENT OF A MAJOR GARDEN, A WOMAN'S GARDEN, AT THE DALLAS ARBORETUM.
