THE ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO DEVELOPING PARTNERSHIPS WITH PARENTS, WHICH SUPPORT THEIR ROLE AS PRIMARY EDUCATORS OF THEIR CHILDREN. THE ASSOCIATION DELIVERS QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THAT RESPOND TO THEIR CHANGING NEEDS AND THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY.
